Casablanca is today the economic capital of Morocco and its largest city, located on the Atlantic coast bordered by magnificent beaches which make it a seaside destination that is still in competition. It is approximately 80 km south of Rabat, with a population of 3,594,352 inhabitants in 2021, it is the most populous city in the Maghreb. Casablanca is the third tourist city in Morocco and people go there mainly Wfor business.

Twin  Center

The Twin Center is the new landmark of the Casablanca business district.

Sacré-Cœur Cathedral

The French architect Paul Tournon, who also designed several churches in France, represents an interesting experiment in the decorative use of cast concrete, in Morocco with the Sacré-Cœur Cathedral in Casablanca.

This imposing cathedral is built in a neo-Gothic style with Art Deco and Moroccan Muslim influences.

The windows which pierce the upper parts of the cathedral are reminiscent of a decoration for mosques. The exterior buttresses along the roof feature sharp right angles instead of the usual curves.

Mohamed V Square

In addition, Place Mohamed V is the heart of the administrative district of Casablanca: there we find the buildings of the French Consulate, the Palace of Justice, the Prefecture, the Post Office and the Bank. Its particularity lies in its modern architecture and its surprising monuments such as the statue of General Lyautey erected after the First World War.

A modern city located by the sea, Casablanca has it all.

Ain Diab Corniche

Stretching over several kilometers, the Boulevard de la Corniche is a long, very pleasant avenue where you can walk and jog from the lighthouse to the end of the pier, enjoying a beautiful panorama of the Atlantic Ocean.

Many activities are on the program: cafes, restaurants, ice cream sellers, luxury hotels, playgrounds, leisure centers (Sindibad), shows, clubs, cinemas, all at affordable prices.

Morocco Mall Shopping Center

Also, Morocco Mall is a shopping center where one can find stores that reflect the mall’s mission as a “local and global” destination. On the third floor, a real “souk” has been recreated. It brings together 48 artisans who celebrate the cultural variety of the country as well as traditional Moroccan crafts. Without forgetting the multinationals present there such as McDonald’s, Burger King, and H&M…
